Drawing/Measurement Sample note: A rough hand drawing will suffice.
In order for our sales staff to quickly and accurately provide you with an estimate for your future countertop project, Artistic Stone will need to obtain the following information. These details can be emailed, or submitted in person to an Artistic Stone representative at any of our store locations
1) Contact Information: Name, Jobsite Address, Phone Number(s) and Email Address
2) Material Information: Color Choice, Edge Choice, Backsplash Choice, Backsplash Height – 4″ inch, 7″ inch or Full Wall
3) Additional Information: Desired Sink Mount – Under Mount, Top Mount or Farmer Stove Type, Cooktop or Slide-in Range, Desired Completion Date, Removal of existing countertop needed (Y/N), Plywood Installation & leveling needed (Y/N)
4) Kitchen Diagram/Sketch A top-down (bird’s eye) view of your specific project. The diagram should include all length and width measurements of the areas being covered. It should also indicate each sink, stove, cook top, refrigerator and/or wall location. For kitchens and baths, please indicate the location and height of the desired backsplash. On all projects, please make sure to identify all finished edges.
