This is my second time using Artistic Stone. This is a very professional, high-quality vendor. They did my master and guest bathroom countertops this time. First off, I found what I was looking for only at Artistic Stone. It was literally the last slab and larger than needed; BUT Jesse Collins in the Mountain View showroom and Helen Wen were extremely supportive in making it happen for me. They also scheduled the work in such a way so that I would have at least one bathroom for my use and yet delivered in the shortest possible lead-time. They also take customer feedback seriously and take corrective action. From the template making through to the final installation, the installers, Samuel and Oman were punctual, skilled, efficient, courteus and respectful of my home. I will definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough about Artistic Stone. My husband and I purchased 3 beautiful quartzite pieces for a kitchen remodel. A year went by and we realized the pieces we purchased did not work with the reworked kitchen plan. Helen, with whom we worked throughout this process, refunded us and offered to work with us to install the new stones we purchased. We had a very strict timeline, as we had an event at our home within 3 weeks, and Helen came to our rescue! She moved around various other installation jobs already scheduled to meet our crazy demands. The precision in terms of the measurement (they came out 3 times to make sure everything was perfect) was just that, perfect. Additionally, I was able to go to the warehouse and decide what part of the stone was to be used for each location. The man who helped me was so patient and kind.
