Our customers usually pay 40% - 50% lower than the prices of major retailers for their granite kitchens and granite bathroom projects of our customers. So how do we do it?
Our granite is cut overseas where the cost of labor is a mere fraction of US fabricators. We do not sacrifice quality for cost either. As a matter of fact, we made a substantial investment by purchasing state-of-the-art Italian machinery and training our overseas workers on the latest fabrication techniques.
2. No middleman.
Consider the Home Depot's supply chain when you purchase a granite counter top from them. A granite quarry sells granite to a distributor and adds a markup. The distributor sells the granite to a wholesaler and adds a markup. A fabricator purchases the countertop from the wholesaler and adds a markup. Home Depot subcontracts your job to the fabricator and adds a markup. That's a lot of markups!
