We are now introducing Bottlestone as a greener counter top material to our customers. BottleStone is made from over 80% post-consumer recycled glass. The glass waste we use is direct from the glass processing used to recycle glass bottles.

Affordably Green
Bottlestone is considerably different than other high-end green countertop products. Installed, Bottlestone runs about $85 to $120/per square foot - roughly the same price as granite, marble and engineered stone products. Colors: Current palette comes in four colors.

Mechanical Specifications and Properties
- Slab sizes: 25 3/4" x 46" (countertop width);
- Full slab: 36" x 48" (tables, other uses) Weight: 12 lbs per square foot at 1" thickness;
- Flexure Strength: 1710 lbs per square inch. Water absorption test: 4.17% (varies by color)
Maintenance
- Seal with Stone sealer, beeswax polish or mineral oil Clear or colored waxes may be used.
- Heat Resistant to 1500 ° F.
- Stain Resistant to most foods and products.
- Recommended cleaning with granite cleaner/polish every 6 months to rejuvenate the surface.
Fabrication and Finish Edge detail:
- Shipped with finished 1 inch square edges.
- Built up edges are possible.
- Seams are 1/16".
